The poetry afternoon was a success, small but very cosy. The weather was good, many people had an act, and there was even some dancing. Floris made films, they can be found on the Occupy Utrecht website.

Minutes meeting General Assembly Occupy Utrecht, Tuesday the 22nd of May 2012.

Minutes GA Tuesday march 20th Occupy Utrecht (Notulist: Frederik Vrijman)

Points on the agenda

- Reorganisation of the camp

- 25 march Spring festival

Reorganisation of the camp

- The municipality of Utrecht wants Occupy Utrecht to reorganize the camp. We came to the conclusion that we may incorporate artists and ourselves to create more art and more openness/happiness on the camp. There is the idea to have a manifestation on the 1st of april to make art for the camp.

Mededelingen
- Er is een biologische slager die ons graag zou willen steunen. L&P gaan samen met hem in gesprek en schrijven hier een plannetje voor.
- We gaan niet écht enquêteren vanuit Occupy, maar vanuit onszelf, als individu, student etc. Geen donatie vragen. Enquêteren en donatie vragen zijn twee losse dingen. We kunnen wel op de donatiepot wijzen.
- Stroomrekening. De lichtjesslang in de huiskamertent verbruikt veel elektriciteit. Deze binnenkort vervangen. F. regelt het afhandelen van de rekening.

Minutes GA - Tuesday, January 17, 2012

Freeman John of Occupy Amsterdam travels occupies around the world, the first being Occupy Utrecht.

First thing to think about: a world citizenship passport. Gary David. It's about refugees. John starts to feel he does not want to be limited to one citizenship but to be a world citizen.

Goed:
- Er was aanloop
- Discussies waren inhoudelijk, en voorbijgangers haakten verschillende keren in.
- Muziek en de poëzie waren opnieuw de sfeermakers
- Accu's hielden het vol tot halverwege de tweede film
