1. Evaluatie festival zaterdag 19 november
Goed:
- Er was aanloop
- Discussies waren inhoudelijk, en voorbijgangers haakten verschillende keren in.
- Muziek en de poëzie waren opnieuw de sfeermakers
- Accu's hielden het vol tot halverwege de tweede film
Kan beter:
- ON: het Engels en de onverstaanbaarheid vroeg het publiek om veel geduld. Een heldere stelling en spreken in het Nederlands zal het publiek meer betrekken.
- LB: Het ontbrak aan publiciteit. Volgende keer meer flyeren en het festival ook aankondigen op de mailinglist.

2. Deze week
In principe vinden events plaats op de Ganzenmarkt omdat dit de standplaats is van OU. Alleen bij al te bar weer uitwijken naar een indoor lokatie. Wellicht is dit mogelijk bij de UU.

Infomiddag van vereniging Basisinkomen - details graag sturen naar de Mailinglist en de Event pagina.
Nieuwe flyer PB, MH en ? flyeren voor festival zaterdag in de stad en Uithof
BV: 20-22 uur discussie over Occupy statement in Amsterdam.

3. Festival zaterdag 26 november
Ideeën:
Happy hour 13 - 14 uur. Amusement
AS: Interesse om voor een volgend festival workshops yoga, dans en zang te geven. Wellicht een optreden door zangeres SJ.

14 - 16 uur discussie aan de hand van een stelling. Stellingen worden nog bedacht.
ON: Maak het voor passanten makkelijker om deel te nemen aan de openbare discussie. Belangrijk deze in het Nederlands te houden.
Br: Mensen aan de infostand halen vaak lokale onderwerpen aan, daar iets mee doen.
BV: Voorstel om een werkgroep deze onderwerpen te laten uitwerken. Dit kan gaan over streekproducten, lokale economie, onderwijs, openbaar vervoer, sociale woningbouw, daklozen, gezondheidszorg. De werkgroep lokale economie bestaat voorlopig uit BV, LB, AN en Jq.

17- 18 uur muziek en poëzie, een kunstenaar komt langs met (in?) een koffiekar.

's Avonds een vertoning documentaire. Suggestie, Confessions of an eco terrorist

Br: zaterdag op Neude een infostandje neerzetten met een grote pijl naar de Ganzenmarkt. Nodig: een grote pijl.

4. Definitief ontwerp statement OU
Aan de hand van de inzendingen naar de mailinglist is een manifest opgesteld, waarvan de eerste versie rond is. BV leest de eerste versie voor, wat op video wordt vastgelegd door ON. In de GA's van dinsdag en donderdag a.s. kan iedereen het definitieve ontwerp lezen en is er de mogelijkheid om te reageren en aan te vullen. De definitieve versie wordt aan kranten aangeboden en op de website gepubliceerd. Daar kunnen mensen elementen uit het statement uitdiepen met aanvullende informatie, zoals bij een wiki. Ook komen de individuele statements van Occupiers op de website.
My: Het algemene statement is een goede basis voor een kort en krachtige versie voor de flyer.
Jq: Begin en slot mag meeslepender.

5. Braderie
BV: idee om een braderie in het teken van lokale economie te organiseren. Officieel evenement met een markt, dus een vergunning aanvragen.

6. Nachtrooster
De dagelijks terugkerende uitdaging. Het blijft nodig de nachtdiensten onder de aandacht te brengen, de vaste Occupiers maken te lange dagen nu.
Sz: Er is een google kalender waarin Occupiers kunnen inchecken voor een shift. Inloggegevens zijn bekendgemaakt.

7. Medelingen
De Rijwielstalling op de Ganzenmarkt brengt KOFFIE !! Vooral namens de nachtploeg grote dank !!..
HKU-studenten op bezoek met plateaus vol hapjes en een uitnodiging voor Anders nog iets 2011 .
Hartelijk dank, gever van de smakelijke Occu pie !
