BUMP! - Omdat de laatste rechtszaak tegen de gemeente Vlagtwedde (waar Ter Apel onder valt) en het COA is verloren, moeten de actievoerders 2782 euro proceskosten van de tegenpartij betalen. Donaties hiervoor zijn van harte welkom!

Stort je bijdrage op rekeningnummer 57 56 118 Stichting Lauw-Recht, Utrecht o.v.v. proceskosten. Dit is de projectenrekening van Solidariteitsorganisatie STIL. Actievoerders Ter Apel vormen front: "Wij willen ons recht als vluchtelingen"

What we Somalians want:

1) We are not ready to accept detention camp or VBL, almost the same as prison.
2) We are not ready to do an other interview with the IND about our asylum request, because we all did already more than two interviews, in the meantime, the IND didn't respect all the evidence that we collected.
3) We are not ready to cooperate with DT&V because the situation in Somalia is very dangerous, that means to return to Somalia is not possible.

There are some goals that we are targeting to reach:
