Notulen / Minutes GA 14 november

Today on general assembly:

1.About night shift and and general camp agreements.
2.About flyers and two question.
3.About next saturday.
4.About biological shop.

Ad1. M.K. is now responsible for night shift schedule, everyone who could stay any night on camp please contact M.K. Hans is the on site contact person, if anyone wants to sign themselves up for some shifts, make sure they get Hans or Myrtes number, of leave their own contact details to either Hans or Myrte.

Everybody who's gonna stay on night shift have to be sober...
Everybody is resposible for occupy, also people that do not sleep at the site. If you see some mess please clean it, or if you see someone making mess please ask them to clean.

Ad2. Today everybody got mail with two questions. its a great idea , so everybody, please try to support these kind of initiatives! By answering the questions, people who make the flyers can really make something nice.

Ad3. Strozek will invite a lawyer for discussion and some speech.
Freek will organise music on next saturday so everybody who want to help please contact Freek.
Bald will organise discussion so everybody who wants to help please contact Bald.
Vincent will contact the city hall about permisions for non-acoustic music festivals on 26.11.11 (two weeks later).
Anandi is asked if she could again organize a childrens corner coming saturday, strozek will bring some soap bubbles for children.

The first Occupy Festival was organised and promoted very well, but last one not ! We didnt make any promotion 4 last festival (only facebook), so people who will be at the assembly on tuesday please find somebody to design new flyers about Occupy Festival (we have two new persons who can print flyers Michal and Strozek have their contact details)

Ad4. The owner of a biological shop in Bunnik offers for occupier to get some food everyday at 6.00 pm. So if anybody who has car could go there sometimes for food please contact with Hans or Michal. Remember that food for occupiers is very import_ant and we have to use all support we can get from people . So caman guys who has car contact Hans or Michal!

We would really like to thank the people who came in during the assembly to bring pancakes, sandwiches and salads!!!

PS. Manuel is unhappy how the things going on so he decided to leave camp , but also he said if we really need him we can call him and he gonna help us.
