Notulen vergadering 21-12-2012 Occupy Utrecht.

Aanwezig; Hans,Patrick, Anita, Gemma, Bram en Onno (notulist).

*De afspraak van de gemeente met ons tentenkamp moet geprint worden zodat deze te vinden is in de map aan de kraam van ons.

*Verder werd er gezegd dat wat er in de vergadering besloten werd, wet wordt met meerderheid van de aanwezige stemmen.

*Er hoort een zekere informatieplicht naar buiten te zijn van wat er in de Assembly besproken wordt.

Graag weer belangrijke zaken op papier voor de kampers en de kraam.

Ook op de dag voor kerst weer een Occupy Festival. Met muziek, gedichten en discussie.

Present: Manolie, Demian, Ben, Onno, Marcus, Zacharias, Louis, Freek, Florian, Gemma, Elke, Ella, Hans.

The goal: 2 hrs

Breaking up the camp for new year’s eve
Hans is asking for extra people to help, four or five. Start: tomorrow 28th at 12 o’clock (next day same), than in bits and pieces. Tomorrow take down one tent.

We could use an extra hand or two. Help is welcome after 1 pm !

:: INVITATION FOR NEW YEAR'S RECEPTION - OCCUPY UTRECHT - January 3, 2012 ::

A get together, a first meeting in the new year, have a drink and a laugh, and then: BIG BRAINSTORM about plans and ideas for 2012. How will we together as an awesome group do some cool actions and grow and make more people aware? Work in small working groups? More media attention? More love and less hate?

Bring some food/drink or something else. There will be live music. You are invited!

Occupiers got it ALL wrong. Bankers are cool, bonusses are just, the system is working perfectly and democracy is as alive as ever. We realize that now. In order to show the public how wrong we were we are going to march! All to spread this one message: EVERYTHING IS FINE!
We meet at Beursplein 5 at 1 pm and will continue our march through the Kalverstraat.
