Notulen 28 november

Today on general assembly:

1. Storage for occupy camp on new year.
2. Lecture about new free energie.
3. Donation.
4. New tents. Rebuild.
5. Protection.
6. Promo and action.
7. Statment.

Ad1. Everybody probobly already know , that new year night and the next day we are not allowed to keep tents outside. So we have to find a place to put all tents there. One of idea is to use help from UBICA for that. People from UBICA already discuss about that so we hope that they gonna help us.

Ad2. Z know some people who can offer for us some free energie. Zoe is going to discuss that tomorow (thuesday) with Bald. So please smile couse probobly we will get energy :).

Ad3. One of company offer for us new banners and design them. Floris gonna contact with them.

Sz knows somebody who want to make free translation from dutch to english on our website , flyers , etc .

Thuesday , thursday, saturday free food from Bunnik bioshop.

Somebody still occupy cash:( so we decided that XXXX will keep cash at home now.

Ad4. Florian bought today 8 army tents :D . So tomorow we gonna rebuild camp little bit. We so happy couse big tents are really expensive. We gonna start rebuild thuesday at 9.00 am everybody who can help (male) please came and help. Also we have offer from amsterdam to take a big mongolian tent but becouse we have enough big tents now we gonna offer amsterdam tent to some other occupy.

Ad5. Please guys if sleeping , chating at night on occupy and see , hear that somebody attack tents help to talk with them. Its up to people whos staying on night shift how much couches they wonna leave for night.

Ad6. In giveaway shop more flyers and info (also owners for shop are asked to dont forget to help cleaning inside).

We want to find people to go with flyers to centraal station Utrecht nad for shops centrum.

We will organise one day Occupy University. That means go for one day with one symbolical tent near to university and make a promotion there. Alex, Michal, Mythe and who else will help??

Z and Mi wonna try make a meeting with teachers from university to "use" those teachers to helping talk with students ( Bald is not enough:)) )

Big board on occupy site with weekly agenda will be soon.

Ad7. Everybody who would like to help with Occupy Statement contact My. Statment will be published asap. Also we gonna talk about that on tuesday assembly.
